Hi, I’m Lee, I am the owner of Positive Life Executive Function Coaching. I am a graduate of Skidmore College with a degree in Psychology and a minor in music. I have a master's degree is in Special Education from Long Island University. I started out my career as a Special Education teacher and a manager of national touring music acts. As a person with ADHD, I understand the challenges of my clients. I have found proven strategies to overcome many of the challenges that I have experienced and that come with the diagnosis of ADHD. I not only work with clients with ADHD diagnoses, but I also walk in their shoes. I am often retained by school districts to work with their students with Executive Functioning issues. I have also incorporated Mindfulness into my everyday life and understand its importance when working with clients. I have a passion for working with Teenagers, young adults, and adults with ASD, ADHD, and anxiety-related issues. I support them with life skills, social skills, executive function training, and mindfulness. I also work with their parents and /or families.
I have over 27 years of experience in education. My credentials include being a certified Special Education teacher, a life coach, a certified Executive Functioning coach, and an ADHD Specialist. Throughout my career, I have worked as an Executive Functioning Coach, Behavioral Therapist, Resource Room teacher, Academic Tutor, and Educational Consultant. In my free time, I enjoy cooking for my family, listening to and playing music, hanging out with my amazing golden retriever Bentley and learning about my big, beautiful, Neurodivergent brain.
Lee’s ADHD superpower is his ability to hyper focus and creatively solve problems with out of the box ideas.
